- After you’ve taken The Jump, you can take The Journey, or head straight for The Summit.
- The Journey includes 6 coaching sessions (1 hour each)
- it’s a start toward the Summit experience (6 sessions instead of 12 sessions)
- a great option for those who want to commit to starting the transformation journey and see where it takes them before committing to the Summit.
- If you decide to continue toward the Summit after Session 6, then you can simply renew your coaching package for the remaining 6 sessions (at the same price $395).

- In the Journey we:
- work through shifting old limiting beliefs, the stories you’ve been telling yourself, and former habits and patterns
- guide you to shift your focus, mindset, and energy, leading you to complete new ways of seeing yourself
- facilitate the process of changing how you’re showing up in the world, with new habits, new stories, and a new you who kicks ass and starts to conquer all those barriers to success in the process
- 1 weekly check-in over e-mail in between sessions
The Summit experience is designed for those who want to go all the way to the top, reaching their highest potential after working through the current “crux” in their life. In climbing, the crux is the most challenging part to get through and requires technical moves. It’s the same as any journey or climb whether internal or external: the feeling of reaching the top is exhilarating. Imagining & visualizing yourself reaching the top is part of the process.
The Summit experience is focused on your ultimate joy and well-being, reaching those long overdue goals without fear, guilt, shame, or judgment for what didn’t work before. It doesn’t matter what you tried in the past, all that matters is that you’re here now, committing to yourself and showing up for yourself. You are your greatest project, so committing to yourself is the greatest project you’ll ever work on.
- 12 coaching sessions (1 hour each), including a post-Summit debrief for the last session to prepare you as you move forward with empowered action & momentum
- Activity/Adventure Challenge for personal growth and experiential learning as part of Sonya’s coaching science Mindset Mastery + Habit Change + Adventure = Transformation™
- 2 weekly check-ins over e-mail in between sessions
